Girls’ Power Initiative (GPI) Calabar held a Shared Learning Event (SLE) for community based organisations (CBOs) and relevant Stakeholders on the 7th of April in Cross River State, and 14th of April in Akwa Ibom State.

The objectives Included:

• To Identify best practices and share stories drawn especially from the capacity strengthening and technical support provided through the project.

• to advance cooperation between frontline SGBV and CEFM actors in target states and

• To serve as a community of practice to advance referrals and linkages for survivors by trained beneficiaries and other partners

Highlights of the event include experience and sharing of success stories by beneficiaries of the project and other partners had opportunity to share the services they render to survivors of SGBV/CEFM for referrals, linkages and collaboration purposes; and the development and presentation of a communique representing all the next steps agreed upon by all participants.
