GPI Calabar organized a Learning Exchange on System strengthening to End Gender-Based Violence in Cross River State form the 20th to 22nd of November, 2019.
Theme: Three days Capacity Building for the Judiciary Officers, Media Personnel, Law Enforcement Officers, and Religious Leaders on Ending Violence Against Girls and Women.
The topics taken by facilitators included Value Clarification, Gender Roles, communication, legal instruments protecting girls and women, Violence against Girls and women, Case studies and approach on cases handled, Nigeria Family Court, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Case management Techniques/Finding Help, experience sharing, etc.
