In February 2019, the ICT Officer and the IT Advisor of GPI conducted a training for Staff on how to use the Intranet.

This facility was set up in 2018 to handle file storage and file sharing through a local cloud storage application, managing of internet users, and an application server which is used for hosting the Library Management System, the Human Resource System, Accounting System and e-Learning system.

The staff members were happy to learn how to use the Intranet through their Computers, phones and Tablets, even though they had some of them had difficulties in the beginning but by the end of the training they were able to use the applications. This has also built their work IT Capacity.
